He may not have not have scammed anyone in a long time, but I know for a fact he scammed people on torches in the past, seeing as he has said that in my presence. I highly doubt he will refrain from scamming in the future based on his nature although I do doubt he will scam jsp trades so as to not risk all the gold he has amassed via duping since he created this new account.

That indeed sounds like what he did. Getting back to the point though, you think ryan couldn't get away with a new account whereas brad has? The real scammer gets a new one while the guy that did nothing wrong is raped up the ass? That right there sounds like some serious justice.
