Arrested for marijuana posession and having a party where minors were drinking (can't rememeber the term for that).

Over 18:

No arrests

class a and class c misdemeanor, possession of under 1.8 and paraphernalia (hitter box lol)
underage consumption


after 18:
3 more underage consumptions and 1 drinking in public

I have been to the drunk tank around 4 times (includes a tazering). They book you but they release you when you are sober.

You are not fined and it's not on your record. I feel bad for those of you who have to pay a fine for being 18 and drunk. You are legal to be drunk at 18 in Florida, but you can't be in posession of alcohol (I have no idea how it works, don't ask).

my town did not have a dunk tank. best part was once I was 18, each arrest for consumption was like getting a traffic ticket. write ya a ticket with a court date, and let you go. but you had to leave the party (usually by driving )

They made parents come pick their kids up at my house. SWAT team & 2 police choppers were there.

It was a pretty hot topic at school the next Monday.

Both of my arrests were with a ticket (but they still count on your criminal record). I just think it's the police actual being nice and saving you the time, money, and embarassment of going into the actual jail cell.

2x failure to pay parking tickets and then bench warrented
1x failure to pay speed tiket in diff state bench warrented
1x narrow escape dui incident
1x 19 ticket motorcycle incident that involved possesion, mass tickets, workhouse, orange jumpsuits,towtrucks, paddywaggons, and no lawyer
