Just got to drink one of the most unique stouts I ever heard of.
Imperial stout aged on cocoa nibs, vanilla beans and 3 different types of hot chillis. It was amazing. To make things even better, they had a single minikeg of the same beer aged in apple brandy barrels... Wow was it awesome. Unfortunately you were only allowed 5 oz samples

Pretty upset that I just missed out on an amazing deal for a poop brewery upgrade.

Guy down in Philly just sold a 12 and 14 gallon fermenter along with 3x 8 gallon fermenters and a couple 6 gallons for a total if $75.

The 14 gallon one alone was over $500

i have a novicely stupid beer collection in my house

i have to read up on all this new stuff to see if i should/need/want to age it or just drink them all tonight in a big "i love adam/dan" night

im on vent, there is a thing or two you should proelbay drink asap as it is an ipaish kinda guy and you should lay that bottle of wine down on its side since it has a natural cork in it and might dry out if you dont

had the bock, was good. though bocks are clearly something im well versed in.

drinking the belgium ipa scratch series
this is unlike any ipa ive ever had, and more like tripels ive had (no shit sherlock, its a belgium style)
anyway, its like a hybrid, i can taste some ipa characteristics, and it has all the carbonation (along with some other flavor that is always present in any tripel/quad that ive ever had) that i expect out of a belgium beer.

i like it, very interesting, but the belgium style still has clearly fully grown on me yet . i shall keep drinking them in the hopes that one day i will fully appreciate what seemingly everyone else does.

finally got around to drinking Bell's - The Oracle and it completely raped my face.

Nearly 11% alcohol and this beer seriously smelled like pineapple juice. Fuck I need to know how they do that and what combinations of hops it takes.
