yesterday went over to a m8s house for the oregon game, there were 4 of us

game got delayed

one of them pulls out a water bottle with absinthe, a nice green tint to it

strong as fuck. did clearly like the absinthe at all.

broke out some bears, was all bud light with lime, had one, was godawful, looked for something else

spent the rest of the day/night drinking dr pepper and rum and then rum and cokes when the dr was gone

delicious

now i know its clearly beer, but surely you guys can tell me decent cheap rums, what i drank last night was sailor jerry

If you are just dicking around with the worst of te worst make sure you put cave creek chili beer on your to-do list

At lunch today, the other two dudes I was with each ordered a pint. Upon finding out that Southern Tier Pumking was available, I ordered a pitcher, clearly knowing that it was 9% ABV. Amazing beer, the malt matches the pumpkin perfectly, clearly overly fruit-flavored, and a lot of the spice in the beer seems to come from the hops, clearly additional spices.

did they charge you extra for being 2 years old?
everytime i see WWS in the store I look at the date code but it is always fresh, if i would ever see 2 years old or older i would snag it. however, around here places that know about the vintages being better charge a premium of an extra $3-4 per year old
