I'm fairly certain I have figured out a way to increase my brewing capacity to 20 gallon batches in a day with maybe only an extra 30 minutes added to the process.

Which means I need to upgrade to larger fermenters or get serious about securing some used barrels for long term storage of my wild/sour projects

Dominion oak barrel stout
terrapin depth charge...I'm pretty sure I even text you about this one when I bought it

I guess I keep forgetting that the first box was primarily homebrew + troegs

Should have been 2 different dominion beers:
oak aged millenium barleywine (from 2006)
barrel aged stout (2010)

ok, that makes sense. i remembered there being a no longer made barley wine but couldnt locate the exact one on ba i wondered if i remembered wrong and only referenced the stout i certainly remembered.

the barleywine > the stout though, though both were very good

The barleywine was the last brew that dominion made under the original owners. Every beer after that has been done under the "strict supervision" of AB

They own something like 70-90 small breweries who were at one time somewhat successful, fell into financial problems and were hence offered "freedom of credit" by one of the big boys.

seriously i finally talked a coworker into starting to review beer. he has been shy about it for over a year now. its like this... if you are going to go through all the trouble of seeking out hard to find, rare and expensive beer why clearly have some means of tracking your history and seeing how your senses/awareness progress

looking back at my first couple of reviews is amazing... its like only a year ago my awareness was whether it was "natty" or "nice"

true it took like 3 years to get you on vent

had a bottle of blue dot last n8 that had basically zero carbonation
was odd, tasted like syrup or something
tried holding the bottle about a foot over the glass and poor just the slightest amount possible and i still couldnt create any head
