If they are bottling at this point it is news to me....

Febuary 5th, we will be releasing Quincedence, Vanilla Bean Rum Barrel Dark Apparition, and Kopi Luwak Bourbon Barrel Dark Apparition. The remaining bottles of Cellar Cuvee 4 will be for sale as well. Along with the bottle release we will be throwing a Stout and Big Beer Feastival. Here are some details about both release and the festival.

Bottle Release:
- A number system will be placed outside of the Public House at 7am in the morning. Take your number and arrive back at the Public House by 11 AM to purchase your bottles.
- We will be open at 9am and serving breakfast
- 3 bottle limit on each of the beers.
- we will be accepting cash & credit
- Bottles will be sold on the Public House side at 11AM, clearly the Brewery side. The brewery side will open at 1pm.

Stout and Big Beer Fest:
- There will be 38 different beers on draft
- ~25 jackie O's beers and multiple guest drafts
- our regular menu will be offered at 11am
- 4oz pours and full pours will be offered
- There will clearly be a commemorative glass for this event

I am driving to long island on Jaunary 29th to attend the southampton release of their Russian Imperial Stout. If something happens like a severe snow storm that prohibits me from going, I am going to the jackie o's release the following weekend as listed above. however, my trip to southampton was just going to be a straight drive through. If I got to athens, I will need to find a place to stay, thats entire too far to travel nonstop.

I know exactly what you mean... I have a keg of it on tap. It's nice to have something I can drink a few of without any effects. I actually purchased the keg for NYE so we could have something sessionable and clearly have people passed out before 10:00

Since you are clearly available to go to long island at the end of the month let's seek out scott's origins and drink some beer in OH

oil of aphrodite was probably one of the top 3 beers I drank last year that had the most shock value. for clearly knowing any of the hype/rarity behind it, it had a 100% wow factor when i opened it

also depends on a few other factors and wont know for sure until like a day or two before :-\

only thing stopping me from going is if a snowstorm comes in or if there is a greater interest in going to jackie o's in Ohio the following weekend instead

I said the I never trusted the brewing process since the first time you asked me about them. You can talk to people that consistently have their beer and the educated drinkers say the same thing.

But no I know nothing from living a mile from the place for the past 4 years, my bad.

My favorite place to stop and have a beer after work has officially applied for a brewpub license and purchased a 10BBL brewing system.

I'm pretty much at a loss for words right now. It's scheduled to be delivered and installed in the spring.

also, this might be false but it seems that canned brews freeze quicker or more often than bottles when they are shipped across the country this time of the year

but that might be because of the general assumption that most canned brews are lower abv
