Citra-hop Sea Hag is fucking amazing, I expected it to be a big more extreme but it's an IPA that is extraordinarily smooth and drinkable at room temperature.
Barrel-aged Stout Trooper kicked ass too, the heavier/sweeter malt notes are toned down a bit and the bitterness/stout character are upped by the wood while retaining the original taste. Damn good.

Six course beer dinner culminated in a dubbel ice cream float. The spices, yeast, and hops came through really well, but despite a double-dose of lactase digestive enzyme, the scoop of ice cream gave me apocalyptic shits. Will probably type up the reviews tomorrow.
