Picked up a number of sours in Missouri on Friday.

Also brewed a batch I am going to split and sour half of while bottling 3 batches today.

Nugget Nectar officially gets released in about an hour.

I'll be drinking it in roughly 6 hours. I'm anxious to see if the move to a new brewery has changed this wonderful elixir.

randomly, out of nowhere, a local supermarket ends up with 4 six-packs of this beer which was bottled week 4 july 2011

and I was bitching about Nugget Nectar being released today with a 1 month old bottle on date

i was excited to see something from across the country that ive never had
then i see its nearly 8 months old
disgust with local distributors ensues

Crisis averted with nugget, it was bottled on Monday. Unfortunately, the beer seriously is clearly as good as previous years.

Side note, I was going trough my FedEx account today and saw that when you are creating a shipping label, you can bill the recipient. You can use that option for what you are sending me. Then I won't have to feel obligated to send you a return box for every package I receive.

2nd side note, sending all boxes at once saves money verses creating multiple shipments. (IE: it would be cheaper just to send it all to me or Dan.)
