most places dont allow growler fills from cask or nitro taps. the carbonation does clearly stay in solution and the beer would be flat before you even got home with it

technically if it is 100% nitro then it would clearly be carbonation as that indicates there is carbonic acid in solution ;)

Been spending my ass on beer while back in Ohio, I think it is potentially detrimental to my health to move back LOL

There is no such thing as 100% nitro. All draft beer is dispersed with some percentage of co2.
Beer served on nitro is still a blend of nitro and co2. Its called "beer gas." The blends that look more rich and have the stereotypical "nitro look" like Guinness for example are still a 25% to 75% ratio.

There actually are some 100% nitro beers but it is very rare. Also yes I know about beer gas, generally it is used for draft systems with long runs.

Can you give me an example of a beer that is 100% nitro?

It is my understanding that nitro cannot be put into solution under workable conditions. The tiny bubbles that compose a "nitro" beer are still from co2, its just delivered under a higher pressure rating and dispensed via nitro. I think a 100% nitro beer would be completely flat regardless of how it is dispensed without the presence of at least some co2.

Yes, im brewing a beer for commerical release on a professional system on monday. It is kind of "under the radar" and being released under the brewerys name for legal purposes.

Beers recently consumed that are worth mentioning:

Stone Ruination Double Dry Hopped on cask (a million times better than the normal version)
Stone Smoked porter on cask with chiptole peppers

Funky Buddha berliner weisse: raspberry, lime, passionfruit and peach

Evil Twin Biscotti break (this was a beer i had never heard of and had no expectations for, it blew me away. will need to find bottles of this.)

By this time on monday I will be 3 hours into my brew day for my first commercially released beer.

This is going to be ready sooner than expected. Pulled a sample from the fermenter and it smells like beef jerky mixed with hops. The taste is a combo of smoke and roast like coffee/bitter chocolate. The hops really only come out in the aftertaste. The beer is being cold conditioned and carbonated now. A week from today it will be kegged and ready to go public.

BTW, this beer needs a name so that it can be registered and served.
Suggestions?

By this time on monday I will be 3 hours into my brew day for my first commercially released beer.

This is going to be ready sooner than expected. Pulled a sample from the fermenter and it smells like beef jerky mixed with hops. The taste is a combo of smoke and roast like coffee/bitter chocolate. The hops really only come out in the aftertaste. The beer is being cold conditioned and carbonated now. A week from today it will be kegged and ready to go public.

now you HAVE TO name it desolatecarnage. if the beer becomes popular, then desolatecarnage will clearly only run the internet...but the world.

This wont work. It has to be relative to the beer itself and be somewhat descriptive of itself.
The owner is already imagining a label that would be rastas smoking a bag of hops instead of weed.

i believe using that described label with the name desolatecarnage would make the drink look and sound mysterious and intriguing. people would ask what is desolatecarnage? why is it named that? having a name that goes with the label is usually cheesy and boring and more difficult to pull off with a creative name.

hippie hops is the only other alternative
