i know i didnt utilize all the sales i could have but i got the parts i wanted so im happy. 1k clearly counting OS and case which was my initial goal.

i dont know, realistically i just looked at gigabit and asus and found a z68 on sale. yours is ofc cheaper, proal the better buy.
only down side to yours is they didnt give you extra sata cables lolol

thats a nice machine. i kept ending up in the 1500 range and kept telling myself that this is my first computer build and its ok to only have an excellent computer and clearly an outstanding one, ya know?. and now ive got the core components i can start upgrading stuff next year.

I have burnt out 4 gigabit boards....never again.

I have lots of cables!

Did you get a adapter for the ssd? Also did you run sata2 or sata 3 cable to it?

My case had a 2.5" bay, and both hds are SATA 3

Well shit i didnt even check if mine had a 2.5 bay....it does.
Out 5$ oh well. Im still stuck on new stuff.needs adapters i guess. Only have to find one more sata 3 cable now.....
