we pretty much havent spoken since we broke up like 2 years ago (donno, dont quote me on it)

Either she wants to get back together, or see if you'd like to get back together, or clear up a bad break up where certain things were left unsettled.

you already have a girlfriend, i dont know anything about her but they tend to get upset about this sort of thing, even if you had no real intentions to begin with

i have ABSOLUTELY no intentions of getting back together with her. i would just rather not have someone out there who calls me randomly at 4 am once a month until i wake up. its not like im going to go in there and shes going to tell me she wants me back and im going to follow. no.

i want to give her a look into how i live my life now, and if she wants to be someone i still talk to, thats fine. but at the end of the day, if im an asshole who she never wants to talk to ever again, that works for me.

Sounds like you figured this out by yourself.

Sounds reasonable to me, I still talk to a longtime ex from HS after we cleared up the bad things.

i realize the general overtone of this thread makes it look like i want to get back with her or something. things are excellent now, i wouldnt want to fuck that up. I'm not a cheater, I can't be tempted. (although i do have disclaimers with my girlfriend about the girls who could tempt me, and none of them are attainable. aka keira knightly, jessica alba, mike modano, etc). if she doesnt want me to meet with my ex tomorrow then i flat out wont, i dont give a shit.

"slipped my mind, maybe some other time" then she got all open schedule on me and now i guess monday after i work out is the time to hear what she has to say
