Still a nice one, the mpa is a great add. I muted a few ~45int lvl 40 robes but the mpa is very nice.

For a level 35 robe, 43int is quite good, and the 10mpa is an underrated bonus, this is easily a strong MQ robe, not top end elite but still a nice one.
