I think if the server is continually full you should look into setting up reserved slots for "the regulars" or DC members. Just an idea.

Wasnt the server originally 32 people?
You could maintain it at a 24 person server with 8 reserved slots.
So publicly if none of the servered people were in the server and it was full, it would show up as 24/24, once a reservered slot person entered the server it would go to 25/25 and so on up until 32.

Booting anyone out is fine, as long as at least 1 of you guys is on.
What do you do if none of you are on? Wait in line or reboot server? :P

we have it working now, would be nice to have it stay that way for a while
