depends what type of character you play most often

if you play ad, get arpen, if you play mages, get mpen for reds

health quints are pretty standard for everyone if you're just building a basic one page fits all

my page looks like this; 2 health quints, 1 move speed quint, mpen reds, dodge yellows, cdr/level blues

i rape faces in the jungle as amumu with it, will eventually buy the rest of the move speed quints instead

dodge yellows are expensive though and not worth it for every playstyle (jax/tanks they are great ofc) rest... probably better off getting cdr yellow and mr5/level blues or switching those two i don't remember

Let a real top dog tell you what runes to get and not a bottom dog maggot

Get quints first, get flat health..get the 2.5s b/c they're 1k cheaper and you only lose 2 health.
Red get APen and MPen
Blue get CDR and Magic Resist
Yellow get Dodge and MP/5
