tanky imo, in a real match he shouldnt be able to get his ult off, although i guess it could be very useful early for ganks against non stun champs

spell pen booties, build catalyst into rod of ages
buy 2nd catalyst, get banshees (banshees is pretty important to nunu because it blocks a spell that might otherwise interrupt your ultimate)
then depending if you want to be tankier or damage-ier, get a void staff for spell pen, or force of nature or warmogs or something
