Nocturne is good on dominion. You are probably not building him right.

You need to build him extremely tanky with 2.0+ attack speed. Tabi or Mercs/Aegis/Starks/Ionic Spark/Wits End/Tank items.

Also, Wu Kong is strong as hell. But on dominion he may not be as good. Dominion movement speed and champions who do insane amounts of damage without relying on their ultimate strive at dominion.

And Vladimir is not that bad, he just isn't a faceroll champ anymore, he is still really strong, and you run heal/ignite on him and with your E, you can heal yourself for 800+.
