no.

cass is one of the strongest aps in the game, she always has been but her skill cap was very high and people didnt utilize her

she has a short range ult that either stuns or slows the enemy, a la sona or amumu (facing cass=stun, facing away=slow)

The only AP carries that are really late game is Morde/Ryze/Twisted Fate. Can't really burst Morde if he gets his Ult down and he changes fights. Ryze is just broken if he gets built. And Twisted Fate with his really strong poke and burst couples with his mobility and his ultimate and 2 second stuns is just extremely strong.

Most other AP carries generally hit their max power threshold in the mid game at 20-30 mins.

jungle alistar

wolves > blue > gank bot 1 kill > gank mid, force flash > gank top 1 kill

get red > bot lane dies, top lane dies, mid lane dies > get wraiths > games already over, team is just that bad

rage all game

get queued next game, refuse to support because i hate it, jungle alistar again when we already had a jaravan jungler, team rages in pre-game chat
get paired against previous team, tell everyone on my team im a rager and to report me, team is okay with that, happy to oblige, meta hasnt been met
win their nexus in 24ish minutes

just watched the replay of m5 vs clg game 2

>clg multiple successful top/bottom lane switches, tower gold, farm advantage
>clg up 10-2 or 10-4 + baron
>hotshot proceeds to get caught split pushing 47 times in a row
>m5 aces like 3 barons in a row
>m5 wins
