level 53 btw, maxed enchanting and now have 2 skills per armor piece. got like 520 magicka, 400 health, 400 stamina

oh and 40% increased one hand damage on 4 pieces, so 160% increased 1h dmg

totally fucked up my perk placement though because i didnt understand how it worked
for some reason i thought you choose/get any perk as long as your level was high enough
so now i have like 2 bullshit perks in thieving and lockpicking

i guess i could restart but ive already played like 7 hours

fus ro dah is like 1/3 of the way through the main quest, go do some sides or youll be done in 10 hours

i dont know what sides i can even do besides "find redguard woman"

then again i remember playing morrowind and doing sides for like 90% of my play time

go to whiterun and join the companions which is the fighters guild basically

go to other capital cities and talk to the leaders

theres infinite randomly generated side quests that each faction will send you on once you finish their main quest line, with some story quests thrown in the mix until you finish those

then its about 5 or 6 "theres a polar bear in this citizens house, go kill it" in a row

holy anticlimactic ending, batman

also, i was a breton with nothing above adept spells
im kinda sad i dumped so much time into it

would be nice if they could take the time spent developing 1 of the optional quest lines/cities and added that to the main story

who cares about doing 8 random, hard to find faction questlines if the main story is over in 3 hours

2nd play through is much better than the first having fully grasped wtf i was doing

finally got my hands on a copyo f this today, spent about 11 hours so far. an easier morrowind but not on oblivion level of easy, leveling system isn't too bad but the perks are a little weird

true dat. the only skills i leveled on purpose my first time around were destruction and enchanting
im doing my second round now

enchanted a set of cloth armor all with +blacksmithing, and took a +blacksmithing potion, so my 1h now does 350 dmg

not including enchantments, which add 51 dmg (20 damage health, 31 fire)

forgot to say lvl 66

i think im actually 67 now.

level 29 beat game got bored uninstalled

sigh, finally done all achievements, all 50 of them

most stupid is the last one of the thieves guild, not fun doing that at all

pro tip: how to ruin your gaming experience in skyrim FAST --> watch or read about some glitches and use them

and i'm not talking about codes and god modes, just about some "innocent" in-game glitches

this make me to think twice about using cheat or glitches ever again. it totally ruins the game, any game

companions are in perma-mourn mode and won't move on with the story line, now im stuck with 20lbs of witch heads in my inventory that i cant drop

can't. it's a "quest item" with a bugged quest that i can't continue/finish

I had like 14 amulets of talos i couldnt get rid of for the longest time lol

i learned to stop picking those up after my first play through

100 alchemy
100 destruction
100 enchanting

Should i get this is game if im considering getting a gf and a job? Or is it just stupidly huge and long

looking back now, super easy to just play through.

I went psycho obsessive first two weeks of release, now havent played it in a few weeks.

But i solidly have 48 hours on my first file, and 60 on my second.
