anyone play witcher or witcher 2? thinking about these games... or borderlands? I got fable 3 its p good

i really like role playing games like elder scrolls / fallout, something where theres a good story, leveling up skills, character customization...

i prob would need to buy a graphics card for witcher 2 or mass effect 3 tho, and not really willing to do that for a while

lmk if anyone wants to do some multiplayer portal 2, its fun
i played witcher for about 15 minutes, i could tell it was a quality game but i just didnt want to play that style of game at the time
borderlands will give you some good enjoyment
if you never have buy bioshock 1 and 2

I played the first one a lot, it's a Diablo clone and the multiplayer is like open B.net on D2. The Star Wars mod was pretty cool though.

thats what they were going for, a game like d2 but on a lighter side (fyi from the makers of d2 the old blizzard north crew). good skill trees, fun, you will easily get $4 worth out of it.

the only major problems imo were the lack of any real bosses (though thats a plus to many) and the number of gems you end up with if you actually play it up to level 50 and beyond.
but again, mods have fixed those.

if you all liked portal pick up qube, its a clone of sorts but different enough to not feel fake.

just stuck with borderlands, portal 2, and witcher for now

might get something today if its under 5 bucks and really good... but i think these games plus fable 3 which ive been playing will keep me busy

its a pretty awesome game, only drawback is for the really good items you either trade or you have to do endurance maps which means thousands of mobs over a span of a couple of hours and sort through the hundreds of drops and you could drop and lose your game at any moment. at least thats how it was 6 months ago when i played this.
its really good fun though until that point.
