Viper Strike looks crazy good now. It now scales off of weapon damage and all damage physical and ele is converted into a chance to apply a debuff and multiple viper strike debuffs can be put onto the target.

Freezing Pulse damage got buffed by 40%.

Ice Spear damage was buffed massively. Maybe dual totem Ice Spear be crazy now.

Ball Lightning apparently getting a 20% damage buff.

Also Energy shield was buffed so much in the passive tree.

If you grab every ES node in the tree, you can get 415% and 15% max with 86 points. CI meta might be on the way.

Ice Spear totems CI seems good.

I'm tempted though to make a CI tank where I grab almost entirely all the ES nodes and get mad increased defenses from shield and basically have my shield give me 3x the ES it does and just run EK or something. See how high I could get my ES. I think 20k or more is possible now.

Although with new 65 and 70 pots coming, life builds will be stronger due to that. Maybe be able to have 500+ health seethings.

Even the current (Hallowed) are already about 700 with no quality.
