Considering the numbers are pseudorandom... there is no strategy.
Though, statistically, every number combination will eventually hit... so, if you want to attempt to "beat" the pseudorandomness, you could always play the same numbers when you do play. You could also play numbers that have never won before. Of course, this really won't change your actual odds of winning.

There are better odds on sucker bets at a casino than that lottery and there is never a strategy for picking a randomly generated number sequence seeing as each time all available number combinations have the same odds of hitting. Based on the odds the pot needs to get around 200,000 before that bet even makes sense.
