call them back and if you get an indian tell them immediatly that you want to speak to someone from the US be it their boss or w/e. ANYTIME he sayd something repeat that you want to speak to someone from the US. it may take 2-3 mins of doing this but they will patch you thorugh to someone actually at flagships CS. I do that anywhere I call and get overseas call desk help. It helps believe me

ok, well i installed perfectly, and when it loads, something minimizes and goes to the bottom left of my screen and says like (x86 dx9.0) and then the game loads, i can hear perfectly, but it blackscreens, and i cant see anything, same thing happened with the demo

i do have directx 9.0c, so i dont know why it does this, can anyone help?

That makes absolutely no sense if I was playing it already.

And the other problem was not what I am experiencing.

I install, it goes through the cinemas, let's me log in, downloads all of the new updates, and then it closes. It reopens, and when I get past the cinemas and the Hellgate logo comes up (right before it's supposed to load up the "Multiplayer / Options / Credits / Quit" options for the main menu, it freezes.

I can't get out of it either unless I manually power off.

I have re-installed this twice now.
