They are in fact, Crawfish.

I had some of them up in New Orleans but I'm pretty sure they were below average sizes and were from the end of the season.

They make a mess. I notice you use the newpaper trick to reduce clean up time, very professional.

I had the best Gyro in my life at like 4AM off of Bourbon Street at this little hole in the wall shop. I can't think of the name, but they also server Sriracha (an absolutely delicious Asian chili based sauce) on the counter to put on your food. It was amazing.

Tulane University had a large outdoor cookout with free beer and food the first night that we got into town. It was for the business school graduates (my friend) so we got to eat jumbalya, crawfish, and a boat load of alcohol free. I was definately pleased.

Hand Grenades are the absolute shit though, have you had any of those Scott?
