I can understand using this reference in a constant action sport, but pitchers, dh's, 1b's, c's don't have to be fit. If you think Jose Molina can outrun peopl e, I think you're wrong.

yeah guess you have a point, but i doubt he is some fatass that can't even run a mile or something. He needs to be in good physical shape to have stamina. It's surprising, but pitching actually takes alot of energy.
