Finally have a reason to root for them again since the first time they won a championship with Shaq and Wade.

they arent really buying one, im sure all three players could make more money elsewhere, they all want to win and are willing for price cuts. only reason its the heat is cuz wade decided to stay home. which reinforces my statement that wade is the best blacksketball player, cuz the other players come to play with him, not the other way 'round

Well, not like Wade was going to leave Miami to go to Cleveland....

And Cleveland could have gotten Bosh, but choked on that. Otherwise it's LBJ and Bosh in CLE, and Wade gets... Boozer?

Dunno. Doesn't matter now.

thunder keeps team from last year together = better
lakers = better
magic = better
celtics = donno, depends on how the old men fare
denver = probably better
utah = probably better
wizards = not better, but john wall is amazing so i figured i'd sneak that in

heat = don't get me wrong, they have potential. but bosh can't defend a retarded hamster in the post. imo if he doesn't play well, they can't win > 55 games. i think they're a team that will dominate the league IF they can get some more pieces. not like a trailorload of white 3 point shooters won't drop a few paychecks to get the chance to play with lebrah and wade. but if they don't get 50 wins, they won't do well in the playoffs (pending trade deadline +1s). as it is, they won't win the championship.

EDIT: note to heat: only 1 player can have the ball at one time. just a tip.

i'm an eternal optimist wrt the knicks. i remember when i thought john starks might be able to nullify jordan. i don't know if the knicks will land melo + cp3, but they've got a really great bargaining environment. in the NBA money talks; in fact, it never shuts the fuck up. the one thing they seem to lack is a culture of winning. very few true superstars will sign anywhere that doesn't feel like home unless they believe they can win a championship within 3-5 years. the knicks have some history on their side. i think a player with a sense of history, a lot of talent, and a desire to win at all costs could make the difference. they need a wade.

I have no animosity towards james. I am just hoping for the best scenario for Cleveland considering they now have those 2 first round picks.

I mean I kind of don't even care about the NBA. Only teams I will even root for is Dallas/Suns/Cleveland.
