Basically Yankees and BoSox are accusing the Jays again of stealing signs from the catcher on whether the pitcher is throwing an off-speed pitch or not.
They are saying that is why players are hitting so well (Bautista).
Opinions? Read the article if you wish, but it is pretty hefty and long.

That's a great part of strategy when they are able to successfully integrate it into the game. Part of any sports strategy is making it hard to solve for your opponents. I applaud them and their use of a legitimate tactic.
