i can understand how the university chose to protect its image by not releasing to the media what sandusky did when ginger saw him. but i cant figure out is why they didnt at least ban him immediately from ever coming onto the university grounds again.

We don't have the right to say who lives and dies. Death penalty is barbaric and all it is going to do is cost us more money and tax dollars and appeals process. Throw his ass in prison locked away from society and be done with it.

No matter what happens, the victims are never going to be the same. The damage was done and we need to move on from this and hopefully people can learn how to not be retarded at universities.

Under our current system, no we do not. Appeals process and court costs it takes for the execution of someone costs us more money because we feed them and have to pay people for all the court costs associated with execution.

i do agree with you though, and its a fact the death penalty costs more than room and board.
now maybe if we stopped throwing drug offenders in prison then our prisons would not be overcrowded and give the appearance that it costs too much.
