you would have to find out if the website you are trying to buy from accepts your currency, otherwise you could go to a western union somewhere and get it transferred,

So i could convert on paypal..then transfer money to there bank account?


They just gave me there bank acc details, I asked about paypal but they didn't reply kek

i belive its does not matter if you will use paypall or something else
they will most deffenetly charge you with some fee for conversion of currency
ofc paypall will not charge you for transfer itself
