Chris Paul is better because he plays defense and isn't on a team with all stars.

Argument over.

Nash makes them all-stars.
But definitely agree with the CP3 defense thing, which is huge. And the fact that he's having a better year.

CP does infact play better defense. But the suns don't actually want to play d. they want to play some aba-style bball. which nash fits perfectly.

Marion and Amare would be fine without Nash, and Charlotte's record would be even better than it is if CP3 played with Marion and Amare

they may be fine, but they would not be getting the offensive numbers they get now.

CP3 plays great defense. But yea, I agree that Nash is definitely better for the personnel on the Suns. I mean CP3's got a ways to go to be considered as good a distributor as Nash.

he does more with less, I don't see why you guys think Marion / Amare are mere products of Nash's passing

They'd be all-stars on their own(Amare definitely, :donno: about Marion). They're at the level they are at because of Nash's passing. Just look at what happened to that team when Nash was injured the last few seasons.

If cp was on a run and gun style team, a la suns, he would not get the numbers personally, nor the numbers for his teammates. Not that he is worse, but he is not the passer Nash is. CP is probably the better player though for traditional styles of offense.

I don't understand why everyone is always riding Nash's dick when the Suns won't ever win anything if they can't play defense. I hope the Hornets match up vs them round 1 and see an early exit.

this whole debate is more ridiculous than the "PATRIOTS ARE A CLASSLESS DIRTY TEAM" spiel

But Patriots can be described in the same manner.

Its not enough, especially with Amare not really being able to control the paint.

What I mean by that is that he's real good, but he's always gonna be smaller then the opposing big men.
