Yes that's normal when you first start doing it. Just push threw it and after you get use to the stress it'll go away.
I actually just threw up for the first time in about 6 months too weeks ago doing squats. Felt amazing.
before that the only other time I threw up was doing lunges.

you should wait 30 mins after eating. Some people like to do it on a kinda full stomach, I had doing it like that, so the emptyer the better.
How much weight were you doing and sets/reps?
What's your whole work out routine, I might be able to give you some pointers.

That only happens to me while running, specifically when it is cold outside tbh. But I am a pussy and I only bench 150 so what the fuck do I know.

Im clearly actually sure on my work out plan its on a sheet at the gym. do have another question tho, do you find you get REALLY hungry after the gym, like tonight i went at 6.30ish for about a hour had my dinner before i went, do you usually have a meal after going to the gym because i find its hard clearly to?

I have a really bad breathing pattern when I deadlift. I saw stars and passed out at least twice. I puke when I overload on squat. In my opinion puking has a lot to do with your nutrition and how much stress you are putting your body under and how much you can handle.

Eating after working out is the most important meal you can do. The best thing you can do is drink a protien shake and eat a peice of fruit. Fruit spikes your inslune(sp) levels and makes your body abosrb the protiens better. I take a weight gainer because I want to be alot bigger.
The next meal you eat is very important, it'll soak up everything you eat like a sponge. Have a protine carb and fat meal depending on your goal. If you're cutting make it high in P/F and low in carb obv.
I have 4 meals after I go to the gym
Finish work out
-Have shake
30-45 mins later meal
too-3 hours later meal
too-3 hours later meal
too-3 hours later pre bed meal
