Just a question iv heard people saying carrots make you gain weight? how true is this because iv been snacking on them while dieting and when i saw this i was T.T
Regardless i need some advice on what i should eat, like what would you recommend. iv been hitting the salads and fruits hard and fish anything else?

Carrots can make you gain weight if you eat enough, which I doubt you could or have time for. They're low in cals like all veggies. As for food, meat, salads are nty, protine builds muscle.
Chicken breast
Lean beef
turkey breast
tuna/fish
etc etc
check out bodybuilding.com and read some of their articals on fat loss
