I heard whey is really good

I have no idea where the fuck you get it though

afaik you always need calcium for bone strength which milk and fortified oj can be good for

in terms of food look for shit with a good protein : fat ratio, grilled chicken and eggs are like the best, otw chicken breast meat can be good even if its fried

Personally I'd refrain from buying supplements until you need extra help with your already controlled diet

multivitamins and excessive amounts of water are crutial to both gaining or reducing weight

By no means do I consider myself a subject matter expert but I've been into fitness since 1997-1998
Power lifting 99 through 04 until I suffered massive injuries

I'm trying to think of what my budget was like during my school years and what my fridge looked like

Lots of grilling all types of meat for just about ever supper
Salads for lunch and as a snack throughout the day
As many different veggies and fruits I could find reasonably priced
Plain oatmeal just about every breakfast

Without having a goal of weight reduction or mass gaining u can be very loose with what you eat but just clearly silly

You like tunafish? That is like one of the most beneficial and cheapest sources of protein you are going to find at the grocery store

You need carbs for endurence.
Get complex carbs(whole wheat stuff) I can name them if you need.
Get some good lean meats, chicken breast, lean steak, turkey breast. Bacon is bad. Tuna is good to eat, but nasty taste, save it for cutting cycle.
Fruit is good, I eat it with every meal. Milk is pretty much half my diet.
You don't really need any supplements yet, if you want I know a guy on jsp who's a really good long distance runner, I can link you to him and he'll be able to help you.
You also need to eat 6 meals a day spread out over too-3 hours appart, pain in the ass I know, but it keeps putting nutrients into your body.
And this ends lession one of how to eat correct, please flip the tape.

Also, take monthly progress pics. and keep logs of what you did to work out, how long you ran and for how long etc.

i'd start out with a light variety of ex and crystal meth, now make sure you do this 3 times a day
dont eat or you'll look normal, please
every other day do a light toss of heroin and coke just to get yourself going
make sure you drink alot of shots before and after this dosages
