The first thing you need to do is enable your developer console in game by going to the options menu, the keyboard tab, advanced options, and enable developer console
to enter the console in game, press the tilde (~) button

there is a built in admin menu that you can access by entering @menu into the console, alternatively you can use the individual commands

If you want to hotkey the menu to a key, open your console and use this syntax
bind key @menu
where key is either a single letter, or the word written out if you use a key like Shift or Control

here is a list of the commonly used commands that you might need to use for the server, all instances of playername do not have to be the full name of the player, just a few letters in sequence, like the first 3 letters of their name

@kick playername reason
@mute playername (stops them from using voice chat)
@changeteam playername (moves player to the other team)
@map mapname (has to be the full map name, etc cp_orange_x, cp_dustbowl, ctf_2fort)
@mapvote mapname (votes "Should we switch to x map?")
@vote "question" "choice1" "choice2" (custom vote, qutations are required, example @vote "do you want a new map?" "yes" "no")
@csay message (displays a message in the center of the screen, use to inform people that you are changing map, dont use for regular chat)

dont know, i still dont know whats causing the maps to change like that, other than its beetlesmod changing for the reason "map over"
