if it has a /, try and get first item, but in the nat pagle case that can be difficult/take a insanely long time cause you have to fish the STV contest at 19, so its probably a good idea to get the other stuff first [unless you aren't going engineer, thats only way to get green tinted goggles]

staff = crescent staff or emberstone staff
wand = gravestone scepter

enchantments are p simple too, focus on +stam, +100 hp to chest, the weapon get the highest +sp that you can <60

if you can't get nat pagle boots, get +9 stam on the sanguine
if you can get the nat pagle boots, you can get the +9 sta/minor run speed chant on them, which is vn vn vn

ill do links later , but thats the gear you want to try and get for a priest twink, but pretty much same for any other 19 caster
