I would go with the Blue's for the Critical Strike Rating... Extra hit is also good (even though your Soft Hit Capped, more is better).

donno what youre supposed to cap as a warrior after defense but go for the blues unless you really need the stam

they are pretty much equivalents
stam is more orless a wasted stat for raid dps, that small amount of hit rating wont do anything for you, so youre looking at .76% crit or 1.5% haste
i would go with the epics probably
