check out this addon, mainly for general vezax
you configure it to hide certain specific spellcasts, (surge of darkness on vezax), so you dont accidentally hit your interrupt on the wrong spell
very highly recommended

Or wait until 3.2 and the cast bars have a box around them to notify you (the player, because we are all stupid) that you can't interrupt those spells.

since i dont use name plates i find it hard to see whats being cast
but a add on to think for me is nb

Or you can just look for the big ass flames spinning around him and never have to look at cast bars.

you still need a reliable cast bar to watch, this just filters out bad casts
