ofc you have to deal with shit like utgarde pinnacle and oculus every once in a while, but getting to do the easy ones more than once in random PLUS once conventionally on girugamesh will be awesome

No way; I would definitely fucking do it if Orcs didn't look so shitty. If Taurens had Orc Racials, it would have been done ages ago.

While reading the patch notes i found that within 5 days a person can get fully epic'd with nothing but time and a very little luck. A total of 74 Triumph from heroics possible a day (and 2 from reg random lfg) thats 76 a day. For all 5 T9 (232) you need 210 Triumph badges...2.76 days add in 2 rings a trinket and a relic/ranged and u get 355...4.67 days. And in those 5 days you also do reg instances as much as u need. you need 47 conquest to get the necklace and belt... with 2 from the first reg goin as triumph u'd need to do 6 a day not too bad... thats 4 245 items 5 232 items items and 2 226 items 11/16...if you get a wep from ToC H thats 12/16 a trinket from there 13/16 epic'd and with some luck you got back boots and wrists from the heroics probably from ToC H. Thats fully epic'd with AWESOME epics for the most part in 5 days...(Note this is for 2 hand users, math is a little different for DW or Main and off or Main and shield ppl)

did this person miss the fact that you can do heroics as many times as you want without getting saved if you use the random tool

I think that thread was a while ago, but I also heard some speculation that they are going to fix that.
