crushers = -20% damage to the raid
toc gear = +40% damage to the raid
jousting = nn

lol @ 40% seems a bit too giving there; the movement & RNG is definitely not going to = 40% (and I'm pretty fucking sure you don't want that debuff to be on the raid, just saying)
