I powerlifted for 2 years in Highschool. And lifted for football for 4 Years.
I am 5 10 and 200 Lbs.
My maxes in the past was 235 Bench, 400 Squat 460 Deadlift.
Since the beginning of this school year, I have been doing a lot of cardio and Abs workouts. Such as running stairs and biking and running and crunches/leg lifts/leg kicks.
I was at 235 at the beginning of this. I am now back down to 200, which was my weight when I was doing football/powerlifting.
Since my goal is to get rid of my body fat and indeed put more muscle on.
Is it best to do cardio until I get down to a more decent weight or lift and do cardio at the same time?
What your thoughts.
Most likely will only be looking for 7_Deadly_Sins opinion. Since the rest of you are mostly og;dc.

just because it makes me feel like a tool talking about how big my muscles are, i used to squat about 550-600+ in hs. short frame helps.
gl in your quest, and remember, being big is no consolation for a small penis!

Do cardio first thing in the morning, and lift weights in the afternoon.
Joe, how far down did you go? 550-600 is impressive, espically in HS and being like 15 years ago.

i stopped lifting as soon as football was over.
and my senior year i developed back spasms so i never really pushed it past that, but im sure i could have done more.

i never really babied my back. just said fuck it and dealt with the pain at the end of the day.
so i squatted all the way, whatever that means
