low reps high weight vs high reps low weight
pros and cons of both, and your personal opinion for which to do or to mix it up.
i have personally always mixed it up, and i know how to lift weights and do exercises i have been lifting for 3 or 4 years. 2 of which i did it religiously, but however have never talked to anyone with any true knowledge.
im not trying to look like the governator, just trying to get/stay in shape and put some muscle on.
i know high reps low weight is to make u cut and high weight low reps like gets u bulk, or at least thats what im told.
lmk your opinion

More reps with less weight = more muscle tone, less bulk, less stretching.
Go for more reps with less weight ofc.

1-3 is str.
4-6 is str/size
8-12 is size
15+ is conditioning
Anything above 15 won't yield muscle growth because the weight is to low. Different for calvs and forearms.

Hi reps of low weights cause the muscles to become more dense there fore more defined (cut)
doing high weights with low reps just builds strength basically. This is what the men do in strongmen comps so they dont really look rippped but they are hella strong.
pm me if you want more info
