So I've been lifting again John, going to use 8 weeks to get my lifts up to a decent weight, not the 5 lb crap that I was doing.
I am also going to be doing cardio.
I figure after a 2 month cycle, I should start worrying about my diet. I am not eating poorly just because, but I am not counting any calories until then.
Should be n1.

If you're trying to loose weight I'd count them now. Your best losses/gains will come the first few months.
