I feel abit bloated after my protein shake, this is normal??
i think i might have put on some stomach weight from the protein shakes.. but my weight is still the same.. i may be just paranoid..

I'm bloated about 23/7, the other hour I'm regular and it's when I just get up.
It could be, it's easy to eat more than you need to with drinks, eating first starts in the mouth b/c the mouth sends shit to the brain and you get less hungry. When you comsume shakes, it kinda skips this, because you can take in so much so fast.

i ate 2 hot dogs, chips, cheese potatos, milk, and a slice for bread. i feel full and eat like this all the time. is this bad?
i also have been drinking beer regularily. for exercise i play baseball twice a week, and sleep 10 hours a night. i think im on the road to an olympic body
