ok so every tuesday thursday i run on a treadmill after my workout
so ive been told that the best way to burn fat and not risk burning muscle is to spring for a minute, walk 30 seconds, sprint for a minute, walk 30 seconds.
is this true?
or is straight running better? or jogging? or walking? or what?
im trying to burn fat basically

Low intensity cardio for long duration is pretty good.
IE 3 MPH on the treadmill for 30 mins. Crank that nigga incline up.
If you do this, try it in the morning before breakfast.
Invest in BCAAs, or LBAs, dont be cheap.

Try it for a month and see how you like it m8.
As for your supplements, you could eaisly purchase a gallon of LBAs and streach it out for 3 months.
Granted you'll proabley like it so much you find a way to buy more.
If you want recommendations on flavors post and I'll help.
I recommend LBAs to all my clients/friends/family, and I personally take them and will never go with out them again.

honestly don't even know where to begin looking for LBA's.
lmk where to look and what flavors to look at buying.

I usually walk at a fast pace and then hit the sauna, people may laugh but you can burn extra fat ending in the heat room.

About the only thing you lose in the sauna is water weight, which is put right back into you, unless you're cutting weight for an event.
