Well, I run 3 miles every other day, and the days I don't run I go to the gym.
I'm thinking I might need an exercise to focus more on those areas, I already do sit-ups but they seem to be getting me nowhere.
sounds very strange, what you describing and your stats can be only explained that you are in bad shape/condition, because your weight is low, but you have "love handles" can be only explained this way
or you have some bad genes and in this case there is not really much you can do
