I am 6' and weight 139 lbs. I tried weightgainer.... this one: User Image

2 Shakes a day+ normals food (Rice, tuna, peanutbutter, oats, lowfat quark). That is around 6500 KCal a day. Sometimes its too much for me at the end of the day and i feel like puking but i keep it in and dont go to sleep until my last weight gainer is drunk.

Did this for 5 Weeks now. Result: i lost 2,2 lbs.

Any help? (i have diabetes btw, type I)

how old are you? if you are under 24, then don't panic and go to so drastic action
24 is usual break point for underweight males, if its so in your case then you may over do it with mass gainers
just wait out and start to eat more meat, any meat

i'm telling you, when i was 16 to 21 you could see ribs on my chest and about when i was 24-25 i became much bigger, all with a lot of training ofc
but before that, many countless hours in gym seemed to not give me any progress
i'm almost positive, its age thing

exactly what i was trying to say, so if you'll get used to eat/take a lot of weight gainers then when yours metabolism will level out, you'll get a lot of unnecessary weight: aka fat tissue

If you're hurting your back while benching... you're doing it wrong.

And Squat heavy. Fuck the Bench anyways.
