maybe try resting your boobs for the bench press if you're not getting 48 h rest. it could be that you're not getting gains in neuromuscular facilitation--try inclines/declines or cables or a pec dec or something ... fly's? push-ups? change it up to get better results for power, strength or hypertrophy.
well I bench monday and friday, although I do incline on wednesday...I could be getting to a point where I need to change it up some more since I have been basically doing it the same since september

option 2 is that my occupation requires me to know what that means (literally, it's on the licensing exam).
if his muscles and his brain and nervous system aren't working through constant and novel challenges together, he's not going to get as much bang for his buck out of his workouts. that goes almost without saying and the words used to say it don't make a lot of difference. work smart and get better results is the idea. you's trollin'
