I dont have any meet records, but my best gym lifts are
DL 405x8(dead stop, not touch and go, strapless)
Bench 220x7(worst lift..all reps paused at bottom for the bar to be motionless)
Squat 365x7(below parallel)
Weight of 175-180(max)
I'd probably put my 1 RMs at 515 DL, 270 bench and around a 450 squat.
Either gona do a meet in March, if school is going good, or nov(closer to home)
