Wave is like how many cycles you've done, IE wave 1 is 4 weeks, wave 2 is 4 weeks etc. get it?
What you mean why you say paused? I pause it on my chest at the bottom until it stops moving, like in comps.
Ya I use dbs(55 per hand) and hold it in a fly position.
