Just keep it to 4x a week, do hams before squats..make it a machine like leg curls..not a big compound lift like SLDL or Good mornings.
Never do cardio after squatting You're going to over train going as heavy as you're, doing so much cardio and eatting the amount of food you're.
I think I am going to take your advice on this and maybe just go for bike rides along the beach or some shit on off days, nothing strenous just relaxing and to loosen up. And I was thinking ham curls after squatting so I dont lose anything on my lifts.
TRY IT ONE TIME BEFORE..I LIKED IT B/C IT WARMS UP YOUR QUADS SOME, AND I HAVEN'T NOTICED A DIFFERENCE IN #S IF I DO THEM BEFORE, AFTER IS FINE TOO.

Try doing them like I do between Mil press sets, feels gr8
I suck at pullups, need like 115lbs assistance to do 5-8 reps
SAME I HATE PULL UPS.

GJ are you having any more problems /w grip?
I dont know that I ever had grip problems except for doing dual overhand shrugs and or kroc rows with like 100-110lb DB's

but seriously, don't workout 7 days a week(cardio included)
Your rest days are when you grow the most.
