haven't really been hitting the gym lately, just the basketball court, feet were literally bleeding yesterday due to shitty chucks and my wide ass feet
trying to put in at least 3+ hours a day of basketball I calculate I'm probably burning 800 - 1500 calories a day just from that, and I usually do Ab Ripper X from p90x and 30 push ups b4 bed.
Dont just focus on one muscle group like doing abs daily, and or working out right before bed...I hate basketball but more power to ya
